Meet Jesse Feldman

Jesse’s diverse background runs the gamut from land use entitlements to issue advocacy and coalition building. He develops commercial real estate in San Francisco and his extensive experience securing land use entitlements and developing real estate is helping our current (and soon to be) clients navigate the Bay Area’s complex zoning and entitlement framework.

Jesse has spent over a decade working for both public agencies and private entities on strategic communications initiatives, where public relations meets public policy. We are enthusiastic about the breadth of experience that Jesse brings, as well as the new and noteworthy challenges our team will be taking on together!

Meet Kate Helete

Kate recently joined Riff City as an Associate and has a background in marketing with both startup and consulting experience. She has helped organizations across the political, healthcare, technology, and retail spaces find their voices and tell powerful stories. She most recently oversaw marketing and customer support for a digital health startup. Kate graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy (Go Bears!).

She is excited to combine her political roots, marketing experience and love of writing to help our clients meet their strategic communications and public affairs goals and objectives.

In her free time, Kate is on the hunt for the best Moscow Mule in town and loves watching sports (much to the dismay of her Bay Area friends, specifically the Los Angeles Lakers).
