This new honor, and our recent Fast Company recognition as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies, further validates Riff’s values and founding principles as our firm turns five years old.

Last year, Riff City earned No. 113 on the publication’s ranking of the most successful companies in California. This year, Riff moved up the ranks across the entire Pacific region, which includes Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. 

The companies on this list had an average growth rate of 195% between 2018 and 2020 while the broader U.S. economy declined 1.2 percent. In 2020 alone, these companies added 10,252 jobs and $5.1 billion to the Pacific region’s economy. Riff grew 115% over that two-year period while working with foundations to multi-billion dollar businesses that aim to change our world for the better.
